Excellent customer service and communication. Steve was great, he responded to our last minute requests, he reconfirmed and accommodated the changes we had made and we had an amazingly smooth experience hiring their marquee LED numbers. A small 50th lunch that looked stunning as soon as the marquee numbers were set up! Thank you Big Bash Event 👌🏿🎉

Big Bash supplied the balloons for our wedding day. They arrived early and arranged the balloons on the tables for us. We also hired the LOVE letters, which they displayed nicely for us. We were really pleased with the personalised balloons we had.
